We have introduced RMA (Return Material Authorisation) to simplify and speed up the processing of your returns or repairs. Your returns and/or repairs are clearly assigned and efficiently processed using this process.

Fill in the fields completely and send us all the important details about your return.

Your RMA case is as simple as this:

• Please fill out the information fields below completely (in English)
• You will immediately receive a confirmation e-mail from us
• We will send you your RMA number in a separate e-mail. This must be stated in the subject line of any further communication.
• This is your authorisation to return the requested item to us
  
  Attention: The RMA number is only valid for the requested item
   
• The RMA number is valid for a maximum of 2 months from the date of notification.
• Please pack the item carefully, write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the parcel, enclose the form with the consignment and send it to the following address:
  
  Returns must be made "carriage paid".
  No liability on the part of F & K DELVOTEC Bondtechnik GmbH and Strama-MPS Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG in the event of inadequate packaging.
